Benchwarmers Run Club is switching things up this week — and for good reason, Starfish Foundation SA. Instead of the usual Wednesday run, we’re heading to the Pirates Club Greenside tonight for one of the most anticipated events on the running calendar: the Benchwarmers Beer Mile.

Here’s how the event works (so you can plan ahead for next time!):
Solo runners: 4 laps & 4 beers
Team of 2: 2 laps & 2 beers each
Team of 4: 1 lap & 1 beer each
